Simon Gallini
Simon is Co-owner and Managing Director of Virtu, where he leads the company’s technical strategy, architecture and delivery.
With deep experience in infrastructure and platform engineering, Simon specialises in designing and operating the complex, high-performance environments used by subsurface teams. His expertise spans enterprise infrastructure, specialist applications, GPU and compute platforms, data, licensing and secure access—bringing these components together into environments that are reliable, scalable and built around how technical teams actually work.
Simon believes that good technology should solve real operational problems, not create additional complexity. His approach is independent and pragmatic, with every technical decision guided by performance, resilience and the needs of the people using the platform.

Rachel Koh
Rachel is Co-owner and Managing Director of Virtu, where she leads the company’s operations, client experience and strategic growth.
She has played a central role in shaping Virtu into a specialist technology partner known for its highly responsive, personal approach. Working closely with clients, technical teams and vendors, Rachel ensures that complex environments are managed with clarity, accountability and a genuine understanding of the people who rely on them.
Rachel believes that excellent technology is only part of the answer. What matters is how well it supports the business, how confidently it is managed and how quickly problems are resolved when something goes wrong. This user-first philosophy is at the heart of Virtu’s white-glove service and long-term client relationships.
